It's a staggering fact, but at least 80% of all skin ageing is actually down to UV damage - too much time sat in the sun literally means wrinkles later on in life. To counteract the sun's damaging effects, you should wear at least SPF15 every day, even when it's cloudy. The easiest way to stay protected is to invest in a moisturiser which contains UV protection and use it every morning.
